Flexible Work Hours
      Our work week is 40 hours with work days from Monday through Friday with several
      flexible work schedules to choose from including a compressed work week.

Vacation
      Vacation benefits accrue bi-weekly after six months of continuous service. Employees
      may take vacation as follows:

      •  Two weeks first year of continuous service
      •  Three weeks after five years of continuous service
      •  Four weeks after 10 years of continuous service

Sick Leave
      Sick leave accrues bi-weekly at the rate of 40 hours per year.  Sick hours that are not
      used at the end of your anniversary year are rolled over until 248 hours have been
      accrued.  At that time an employee can cash out some hours or rollover sick hours into
      an extended short term disability account. (Some states/ cities have laws with different
      sick leave policies.)

Holidays
      There are seven paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
      Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
      Each full-time employee receives 16 hours of personal / paid time off each
      calendar year.

Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
      Employees and their families may choose health, dental and/or vision coverage. The
      premiums for the medical and dental plans are subsidized by X-nth. The vision plan
      is employee-funded.

Life Insurance
      X-nth provides employees with basic life insurance of up to two times salary,
      capped at a maximum of $200,000. This benefit is paid by X-nth. Employees may buy
      additional life insurance at reasonable rates.

Disability Insurance
      X-nth provides employees with short-term and long-term disability insurance
      that pays up to 60% of basic monthly earnings in the event that an employee has a
      non work-related disability. This benefit is paid by X-nth

Long Term Care Insurance
      X-nth provides employees with basic long term care insurance, paid by X-nth. The policy
      pays for facility (nursing home or physical rehab) and home care benefits. The facility
      benefit is $2000 per month. Additional LTC insurance can be purchased through employee
      payroll deduction. LTC insurance may also be purchased for family members at X-nth’s
      group rates.

401(k) Savings Plan
      Employees may make pre-tax or post-tax contributions to X-nth’s 401(k) plan to
      save for retirement. X-nth's plan is with Fidelity Investments.

AFLAC Supplemental Insurance
      Supplemental insurance may be purchased at group discount rates by employees.
      These supplemental insurance programs through AFLAC care meant to replace
      income and expenses incurred from accidental injuries, sickness, hospitalizations,
      cancer and/ or other diseases or conditions as well as cost incurred from vision
      & dental care.

Wellness Programs
      X-nth offers wellness activities & health fairs; usually on-site. These may include blood
      pressure & cholesterol checks, body fat screenings, blood donations and flu shots.

Fitness Benefit
      X-nth maintains corporate memberships at local health clubs which offer discounts to
      employees and family members. X-nth reimburses 50% of the monthly dues up to $40
      per month per employee/ family for membership at any health club and/or certain fitness
      programs such as yoga, martial arts and marathons. The company also pays for a one
      time health club initiation fee up to $100.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
      X-nth provides a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) sometimes referred to as a
      cafeteria plan, flexible compensation plan, or an IRS Code Section 125 plan.

      The FSA lets employees set aside a certain amount of each paycheck - before paying
      taxes on that income - into an account. An FSA lets you...

      •  Lower your tax burden; keep more money in your pocket.
      •  Budget for non-covered medical expenses.
      •  Set aside pre-tax dollars for day care and other dependent care costs.
      •  Set aside select pre-tax dollars for adoption costs.

Healthcare Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
      The HRA is only available if you choose the Choice HRA health insurance plan option.
      This is a $1000/ plan year employer funded pre-tax account that helps you pay
      un-reimbursed medical and dental expenses – including co-pays, deductible and
      co-insurance.  It is very similar to the Flexible Spending Account (FSA), except that
      it is funded by X-nth. Any money you don’t spend is carried over to the next year.

      Immediately – for employees who choose the CHOICE HRA health insurance plan option

Education Reimbursements (Prior Approval Required)
      Employees will be reimbursed 100% for seminar expenses for classes/ degrees that
      further their knowledge of their career. 

      X-nth also reimburses for professional membership fee’s that are directly related
      to their job function.

      X-nth reimburses $3500 per year for tuition after one year of employment; $5000
      per year after 5 years of employment.

529 College Advantage Savings Plan
      Employees may partake in a 529 College Savings Plan through payroll deduction and
      a partnership X-nth has with Putnam Investments and New England Financial Group.

Legal Consultation and Estate Planning

      We have an in-house Legal Consultant for employees to use confidentially and free
      of charge for:

      Estate Planning, Wills & Living Wills, Durable or Healthcare Power of Attorney, Life
      Insurance questions, Insurance needs, IRA information, Tax planning, Leasing, other
      contract questions and much more. This benefit is valued at approximately $250 per hour.

Jury Duty
      X-nth pays up to 3 days for Jury Duty.

Notary Services
      Every office has a certified notary for employee use.
